A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
RV Site Vacancy
We have an EXTRA-LARGE RV Site available now. Rent is $550 per month plus a one-time refundable deposit of $175. The following are included in rent: connections to water, sewer, basic Wi-Fi (not for TV), small storage shed, and garbage service. The on-site laundry is located near this site, as well.
This is a long-term site, renting for 5 months or more. You are welcome to drive by and take a look. It is site 22.
RVs must be 1996 or newer and 2 dogs are allowed if they weigh 40 pounds or less.
If you are interested, you can apply in 2 ways. First, CLICK on the APPLICATION DOCS button below. There you will find a downloadable application and accompanying documents. The second way is to send us an email by scrolling down to our CONTACT US page and we will send you the necessary documents to submit an application. We process applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
Then, submit your application by either emailing it to us at chinovalleypark@gmail.com or by placing it in our “office” mail slot located in the small, yellow building at the left, rear of the Park. Once you have submitted your application and $40 application fee for each person 18 and older, please send us an email so that we can process it asap. We look forward to hearing from you.

The following are included in rent: connections to water, sewer, basic WiFi (not for TV), small storage shed, and garbage service. The on-site laundry is located near this site, as well.

We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.
