If you want to be notified when we have a vacancy for an RV site or studio apartment, just send us an email using the CONTACT US link below. Let us know what you are looking for. Be sure to read our CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY before requesting a spot on our Wait List. Thanks for your interest!
Be sure to read this before submitting an application:
- CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY
- For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
- For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
- Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

- APPLICATIONS are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Scroll up to first page and Click on APPLICATION to download one along with all other documents you will need. Be sure to read all information provided there too.

Long-term Park
We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.

Laundry facilities are available on site, 24 hours a day!
