A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
Applications are processed on a first-come,
first-served basis.
Immediate Site Available
RV Site 24A comes with a storage shed. Rent includes water, sewer, trash disposal, basic Wi-Fi (not for TV) AND electricity. 24-hour laundry facilities are on site. Rent is $600 per month. If interested, click on APPLICATION DOCS below. Applications may be sent via email or brought to our Park and placed in our Mail Slot at the back, left side of the Park. We process applications on a first-come, first-served basis so please send us an email once you have submitted your application and $40/application fee.

- CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY
- For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
- For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
- Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

Long-term Park
We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.
