A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
Studio Apartment
Available the first part of May is a studio apartment. Rent includes all the following: electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and basic Wi-Fi (not for TV). Rent is $850 per month. Apartment includes a living area with closet, bathroom with shower, and a full-size kitchen. Laundry facilities are located on site.
A refundable deposit of $500 is required. To apply, click on APPLICATION (above). Download and read all accompanying documents. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Fully completed applications should be placed in the mail slot, located at the left, back portion of our Park, behind the large water tank. Then send us an email so we know an application has been submitted. (Our office is located off-site.) A processing fee of $40 must accompany each application: money order, or personal checks only.

- CRITERIA FOR RESIDENCY
- For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
- For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
- Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

Long-term Park
We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.
