A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
$465 LONG TERM RV SITE (CHINO VALLEY)
We have one LONG-TERM (5 MONTHS OR MORE) RV Space ready for occupancy at CHINO VALLEY PARK the middle of June!
Rent is $465.00 per month plus a one-time refundable deposit of $175. Included is water, sewer, trash, and basic Wi-Fi (not for TV)

RVs must be 1996 or newer and 2 dogs are allowed if they weigh 45 pounds or less.
Submit your application by emailing it to us or by placing it in our “office” mail slot located at the left, rear of the Park. Once you have submitted your application and $40 application fee for each person 18 and older, please send us an email so that we can process it asap.

- For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
- For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
- Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

Long-term Park
We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.
