A FEW IMPORTANT DETAILS
RV SITE 24A, AVAILABLE
We have one RV Space available for immediate occupancy. It is located at the back of our Park, bordering a large open field. Rent is $610 per month (plus a one-time refundable deposit of $175) and includes: connections to water, sewer, basic WiFi (not for TV), and ELECTRICITY, small storage shed, and garbage service. The on-site laundry is located near this site, as well.
This is a long-term site (5 months or more). You are welcome to drive by and take a look. It is site 24A. RVs must be 1996 or newer and 2 dogs are allowed if they weigh 40 pounds or less.

- For RVs, they must be 1996 or newer.
- For RVs and apartments, Max 2 dogs or 2 cats allowed. Must weigh 40 lbs or less
- Application fee for all rentals is $40 per person 18 years and older.

Long-term Park
We are a long-term Park and aren't able to accommodate rentals for less than 5 months.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available on site, 24 hours a day!
